Rules:
First of all Draw a big enough Tic-tac toe board on the paper to fit shots inside the squares. Pour 5 shots for each of the two players, usually two different color drinks to tell the difference of the two. Now the game proceeds just as a tic tac toe game would using the shots as "X's" and "O's"... until one player gets three in a row, then the opposite player has to drink his three shots that were three in a row. Fill the three shot glasses and Start over...
Suggestion : Winner can play the next person at the party, cycling through all the people, tournament style. to bring a little bit of compitition, unless you want to get wasted then just keep playing with the same person.
